**Retail Store Supervisor Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee two of our stores in NSW/ACT. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

The successful candidate will have experience in retail management and leadership, with a proven track record of improving sales performance and increasing customer satisfaction. You will be required to maintain key relationships with our area manager and support office team, as well as supervise shop members and ensure compliance with company policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Supervising shop members and ensuring they are aware of and comply with occupational health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock as needed
  • Coaching and supporting new franchise owners to achieve financial targets and operating standards

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in business or management, or higher qualification
  • At least three years of experience in retail management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
