Product Strategy Leader

We are seeking a Product Strategy Leader to join our core product team, focusing on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

The Opportunity
  • This role sits at the heart of the business, shaping the digital experience across web and mobile - from acquisition through to customer interaction.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Your expertise in product management will help you navigate ambiguity, solve hard customer problems, and bring clarity and focus to a fast-moving team.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize features.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to inform product decisions and measure success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches and iterating based on customer feedback.
