Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Decorator to join our organization at an esteemed painting and decorating company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional painting and decorating skills, be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Apply paint and varnish to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Select and purchase paints, materials, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Able to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects.
- Knowledge of color theory and design principles.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
