The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media landscape trends and consumer insights. They will be responsible for implementing effective implementation planning and buying strategies, leveraging data, technology, and automation to drive client campaigns forward.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong passion for implementation planning and buying with a focus on digital media
  • Up-to-date knowledge of media landscape trends and consumer insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Media buying experience with a proven track record of delivering business results
  • Clear communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply
What Success Looks Like

In 3 months:

  • You will have established collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams
  • You will have a deep understanding of Wavemaker's agency proposition, core processes, and way of working
  • You will have immersed yourself in the Marketplace team and gained a solid understanding of active and upcoming campaigns

In 6 months:

  • You will have demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
  • You will own specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end, ensuring regular updates are provided to your manager and wider team
  • You will strengthen key stakeholder relationships, fostering a culture of great teamwork and collaboration

In 12 months:

  • You will take on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, driving growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution
  • You will build strong relationships with publishers, representing Wavemaker in a professional and high-quality manner
