Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to support and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to create strategy and drive execution via world-class customer service for top brands and agencies.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements">
  • 10+ years of Digital Advertising Customer Success Management experience, with 5+ years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and expertise in account planning, strategic planning, and media buying within Direct & Programmatic environments.
  • Experience working in self-service or automated planning and buying tools.
  • Ability to translate client requests into actionable insights for internal cross-functional teams.
