Meat Cutter Job

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic meat cutter to join our team.

  • Prepare, cut, trim, bone, and portion meat products to specifications.
  • Production of sausages, crumbed products, overwrap & customer convenience offerings.
  • Ensure all products are presented and packaged to the highest standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
  • Provide excellent service and advice to customers.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter. A sound knowledge of meat preparation, hygiene, and safety procedures is also essential.

  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
