Job Title

A key player in the Defence Industry, UGL plays a crucial role in supporting the Australian Defence Force. From operations and maintenance to asset management and fuel supply services, our team's expertise ensures effective and sustainable delivery.

We are seeking skilled professionals to join the team at the Edinburgh RAAF base in South Australia, due to an expanding scope of works.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a team of defence personnel while enjoying the benefits of working with a Tier 1 service provider.

The Role:
  • Lead by an Operations Supervisor, this role will be based at the Edinburgh RAAF base, supporting multiple fuel installation sites in the region.
  • You will be responsible for the safe and compliant operation and management of aviation and/or ground fuel installations.
  • You will lead a small team of operators, managing quality, compliance, quantity and availability of fuel and related systems and processes.
  • You will ensure the technical integrity of the fuel, including management of quality control sampling and testing.
What you will need:
  • Relevant experience and training in similar environments would be highly regarded.
  • A strong team player, self-starter and dedicated employee.
  • Defence specific training will be provided if required.
  • A valid Drivers Licence (HR or HC) will be highly regarded.
  • Appropriate Defence Security Clearance.
  • Williness to relocate to the Darwin region (close-proximity to Darwin).
