About the Role

    We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a proven track record in luxury retail. You will have:

    • 1-2 years' experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural retail environment
    • Expertise in luxury, fashion, and cosmetics brands
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams
    • Digital proficiency and a growth mindset, with a passion for learning and innovation
    • A winning personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
