The Role:

As our Financial Operations Specialist - Supply Chain and Procurement, you'll play a critical role in managing the financial operations of Vow Group's global supply chain, procurement strategies, and factory-level capital expenditures. You'll dive into financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to operations.

You'll bring a combination of financial acumen and hands-on experience in multinational supply chain and procurement, streamlining processes, managing risk, and driving operational efficiencies as we scale.

  • Develop, monitor, and analyze unit economics across manufacturing sites, focusing on optimizing gross margins and improving operational efficiency.
  • Lead FP&A activities related to the supply chain, supporting the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis.

**What Success Looks Like:

In the first 3 months, you'll establish a deep understanding of Vow Group's supply chain, from an operating and financial perspective, and have streamlined initial processes in capex management. By the 6-month mark, you'll have led the development of a comprehensive budgeting and forecasting model for operations, contributed to gross margin improvements, and implemented cost-saving initiatives.

Within your first year, you'll be a trusted financial partner across Vow Group's operations, recognized for your insights and ability to drive data-informed decisions that enhance our supply chain's efficiency and scalability.

**Why Join Us:

Vow Group is building a diverse, mission-led team of professionals who share our passion for creating sustainable food products. We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view, promoting an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and valued.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
