Job Overview

This role is pivotal in our Hydraulic Hose Assembly Workshop, working alongside a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution centre. You will be responsible for planning workflows for emergency services and large volume hose orders, providing high-level customer service and on-time delivery to customers.

Key aspects of your responsibilities include planning stocked hose growth, addressing quality or delivery issues, suggesting improvements to enhance processes, ensuring product quality, adhering to compliance, and providing guidance on custom products.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement workflows for emergency services and large volume hose orders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery
  • Develop strategic plans for stocked hose growth
  • Identify and address quality or delivery issues
  • Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
  • Ensure the highest standards of product quality
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Provide expert guidance on custom products
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Hose Workshop, particularly in hose manufacturing and pressure testing
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
