We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Representative to join our team at Access Hire in Canning Vale. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting growth within the Access brand and playing a key role in driving sales revenue.

About the Role

The Sales Growth Representative will primarily focus on researching potential upcoming projects, prospecting for new clients, and sourcing new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with opportunities for career progression and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities in the WA market.
  • Pursue leads through targeted cold and warm calling, as well as face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve targeted business goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical information regarding Access products and services to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase overall customer value.
Requirements and Qualifications
