Sponsorship and Brand Marketing

As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in building deep connections with our customers and iconic motorsport events.

We work with the best to deliver impactful marketing across our brands and through our major sponsorships with Repco Supercars Championship, Supercars teams, and the iconic Repco Bathurst 1000.

You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting delivery of our sponsorship strategies and brand campaigns primarily for our main businesses; Repco and NAPA.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sponsorship or brand management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Purpose of the Role:

The Sponsorship and Brand Marketing Specialist will drive event and sponsorship management for our major sponsorships, bring to life our event activations, and be a key part of building and delivering our major brand campaigns for Repco and NAPA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive event and sponsorship management for our major sponsorships.
  • Bring to life our event activations– working with our event partners to make memorable experiences for fans, customers, and our team.
  • Be a key part of building and delivering our major brand campaigns for Repco and NAPA.
  • Ensure our brand is managed consistently, find new ways to bring our brands to life.
  • Collaborate with our wider marketing and business teams to build marketing that connects.
  • Support reporting and analysis of our brand and sponsorship investments.
