Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering integrated solutions across People Home & Operations. This includes facilitating structured processes for assessing and prioritising new work requests, leading agile planning sessions to balance priorities and capacity constraints, and identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and process efficiency.

This role requires strong decision-making, analytical, and organisational skills, as well as expertise in resource planning, project execution, and process optimisation. You will also need experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and influencing outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or HR (desired)
  • 5+ years in HR, operations, or project management
