Senior Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to fill this exceptional opportunity.

About the Opportunity

This is a chance for an experienced educator to take charge of their own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.

You will collaborate with the Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
