The role of the Chapter Lead is to shape the direction of product ownership across the organization, driving innovation and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Establish and evolve the product owner chapter to ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks and agility principles.
- Provide virtual leadership to product owners across the organization.
- Define and embed tools, frameworks, and standards that support mastery in product ownership.
- Build and lead the product owner chapter.
- Develop frameworks and capability for a talented team of product owners.
- Collaborate and influence stakeholders across the business to strengthen product ownership capability.
- Exceptional ability to build, influence, and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a product owner or similar with deep expertise in product ownership practices.
- Certified training in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM), or equivalent.
- Proven ability to align product outcomes with strategic business goals.
- 2–4 years of leadership experience, including leading cross-functional or virtual teams in Agile environments.
