We are seeking a Part-time Fashion Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at our Rockingham store.

The key to your success lies in a personal interest in popular fashion trends that meet customer needs, creating connections that maximise sales and representing our brand with flair and style.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets, providing exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Jay Jays by providing exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
  • Cash handling and processing sales
  • Assist with stock management and processing
  • Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus and provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Value integrity and doing things the right way
  • Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Be 'solutions focused' when faced with problems
  • Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
