Boutique Manager

Our Client has 140 Stores across Australia and New Zealand and they are the one stop shop for women's clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, shape and sports wear. They are a global leader in womens fashion and are seeking a strong leader to manage their gorgeous Boutique in Mandurah.

As a **Boutique Manager**, you'll be responsible for surpassing sales targets, achieving company KPIs, and inspiring your talented sales team. You will be the face of the store, being the primary point of contact for clientele, requiring you to cultivate strong relationships with customers who frequent the store for your exceptional service.

**Should you be successful for this role, you will receive**:

- Base salary of up to $61,000 + Super

**To be successful for this Women's Fashion Brand you possess the following**:

- Have 2 - 3 years of fashion Management experience
- Be able to deliver a personalised styling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Networking and hosting events is desirable
- A previous background in Concession management is desirable
- Have high energy with a bubbly personality
- Have previously worked with Budgets and KPIs
- Experience managing a team of up to six
