Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and deliver a high-performing Sustainability team, driving business growth through innovative solutions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial projects across hospitals, education, retail, aged care, offices, and shopping centres, ensuring sustainability certifications, modelling, and compliance with BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS, Green Star frameworks.
• Develop business partnerships by leveraging your existing client network, winning new work, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Provide thought leadership and champion sustainable design within the consultancy and industry, mentoring and growing your own sustainability team as the division expands.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in ESD consulting, with a commercial construction background, showcasing strong technical knowledge across sustainability frameworks (BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS, Green Star).
• Demonstrated success in business development, bringing an established client network to drive growth.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments, working autonomously to achieve goals.
• Proven communication skills, with the ability to win projects and lead clients through the sustainable design process, possessing previous experience in a Tier 2 or mid-sized consultancy.
