About the Role

Newmont Mining is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Boilermaker Apprentice. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of heavy mobile equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a 4-year apprenticeship program in boilermaking
  • Gain comprehensive on-the-job experience and classroom training
  • Work with a team of skilled trades personnel to maintain, repair, and fabricate equipment components
  • Develop skills in fabrication, welding, and mobile equipment maintenance
Requirements
  • C class drivers license (provisional licenses accepted)
  • Pre-apprenticeship experience ideal
  • Interest in fabrication, welding, and mobile equipment
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learn
