We are currently experiencing rapid growth, driven by the increasing use of drones for malicious purposes. Our Sydney headquarters serves as a hub for innovation, with plans to expand our presence across various international locations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the validation and testing of cutting-edge Counter-UAS technologies. You will be responsible for executing structured test procedures, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with engineering and product teams during integration and field testing.

You will conduct system-level and subsystem test procedures in both lab and field environments, logging data, analyzing signals, and validating performance using test tools and software. Additionally, you will assist in setting up and operating test rigs, instrumentation, and telemetry systems, as well as preparing test documentation.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Execute system-level and subsystem test procedures in both lab and field settings.
  • Analyze data, log signals, and validate performance using specialized test tools and software.
  • Support the setup and operation of test equipment, instrumentation, and telemetry systems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of test documentation, including procedures, reports, and failure logs.
  • Collaborate with design and systems engineers to troubleshoot issues and verify resolutions.
  • Participate in customer demonstrations and trials as required.
  • Ensure all test activities comply with internal quality and safety protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in a test, QA, IT networking, systems engineering, or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with electronics, RF systems, or embedded devices is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication and technical documentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor or operational environments during live trials.
  • Eligible for an Australian NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen).
