Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of correctional officers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Monitor performance and standards of staff under supervision, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Ensure the security and effective management of offenders, adhering to operating procedures and agency protocols.
  • Maintain an effective system of static and dynamic security, including surveillance equipment and infrastructure.
