Job Summary:

Clark Equipment is seeking a reliable and skilled Factory Worker to join our team at our Hornsby facility. As a Factory Worker, you will play a critical role in assisting the daily operations of our busy materials handling business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and load containers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Complete arrival condition reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Move and store stock and parts, utilizing warehouse management systems to optimize inventory levels.
  • Participate in pre-delivery activities, including washing machinery and coordinating with trucking companies for dispatch.
  • Operate a forklift daily, requiring a valid forklift license.

Requirements:

  • A Trade Certificate is not required, with on-the-job training provided.
  • Valid forklift license essential.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hands.
  • Reliable, punctual, motivated, and willing to take on new tasks.
  • Commitment to quality and detail, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and positive disposition, with ability to use power tools (drill/grinders/saws).
