Community Engagement Officer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our stakeholder engagement team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to projects that shape and connect our City.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with industry leaders, mentors, and peers to deliver communication and engagement strategies for key City initiatives. You will work on projects that impact the lives of people across the Gold Coast, making a positive difference in the community.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference. You will also need to be curious, motivated, and driven to achieve results.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification, completed within the last two years, and have full working rights in Australia. They will also possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and be able to convey ideas clearly, listen attentively, and collaborate effectively.
