Job Summary:

This role supports the management of a team to deliver high-quality projects and coordinate naval exercise support. The successful candidate will represent Cubic Defence to customers and work under general supervision, exercising discretionary decision-making authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain exercise documentation, including specialist annexes, for planning conferences and processes.
  • Draft exercise scenarios, incorporating detailed events, incidents, and injects, using exercise planning software and systems.
  • Collaborate with defence customers to conduct HICON and EXCON roles during military exercises.
  • Support training for uniformed personnel in exercise planning and scenario development skills.
  • Contribute to the development of annexes for exercise development and produce supporting staff and command post exercise documentation.
  • Attend working groups, planning conferences, and exercise execution activities as directed.

Requirements:

The candidate will possess excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of defence systems and exercise planning software is essential.
