Senior Medical Oncology Specialist

The Clinical Nurse Consultant, Medical Oncology/Haematology, plays a pivotal role in providing advanced level nursing services as an expert in the specialty field.
This position involves facilitating linkages and relationships with local health district nurses/midwives and medical officers to support patient management.
Responsibilities include assessment, care planning and review of patients in collaboration with primary service providers to ensure evidence-based practice is utilised.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced level nursing services
- Expert clinical organisation, coordination, leadership and consultancy services within the medical oncology haematology department
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Requirements:- Advanced level nursing qualifications

- Leadership and consultancy experience
