About the Role
As a Workplace Wellbeing Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that works with clients across various locations. You will work flexibly to design and deliver evidence-based training programs, team assessments, and provide comprehensive reports.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality consulting services in mental health and wellbeing.
- Identify and anticipate real or potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations for intervention.
- Explore solutions to optimise workplace health and wellbeing.
Key Requirements
- You should have registration as a mental health professional (i.e., Psychologist or Social worker).
- You must have experience working with complex organisational human resources environments and delivering strategic human resource solutions.
- A willingness to work in psychometric assessment is highly desirable.
