Key Responsibilities- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to clients.
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to help clients achieve successful outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to clients to help them restore their functional performance and return to work.
- Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments to ensure clients are fit for work.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients.
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 - $115,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus.
