About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to clients.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to help clients achieve successful outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients to help them restore their functional performance and return to work.
  • Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments to ensure clients are fit for work.
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients.
