Job Title: HSC Supervisors

We are seeking experienced and reliable individuals to assist with the Higher School Certificate exams at a local school.

The main role of supervisors is to ensure all students adhere to exam rules and regulations, supervising students during exams, collecting completed papers, and maintaining a secure environment.

Supervisors will receive a schedule from their designated officer and may be required to work at multiple schools. Shifts vary in length and frequency depending on the number of exams held.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Valid Working With Children Check clearance for employment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and ability to stand for long periods
  • No close relatives or friends sitting the HSC at the same school
  • No current employees of the school

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to student welfare and academic integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
