Key Responsibilities- Platform Design: Craft a highly scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platform that sets new standards in the industry.
- Customer Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an intuitive platform that meets customer needs and exceeds expectations.
- Expert Collaboration: Work closely with trust and safety specialists, machine learning engineers, and other experts to ensure high-quality services.
- System Optimization: Continuously enhance system design and architecture to guarantee unparalleled stability and performance.
- Global Protection: Partner with Trust and Safety teams to safeguard TikTok's global operations.
- Software Development Background: Final year or recent graduate with a degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming Expertise: Proficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language: Go/Python/PHP/C++/C/Java.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in tackling complex problems and passionate about developing innovative solutions.
- Desirable Traits: Curiosity towards emerging technologies, excellent communication and teamwork skills, high levels of creativity, and quick problem-solving capabilities.
