We are seeking a talented Linux Expert to join our team. As a key player in the development and implementation of secure and reliable Linux operating systems, you will be responsible for integrating ICT infrastructure, applications, and services with Linux-based platforms.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement secure and reliable Linux operating systems.
  • Integrate ICT infrastructure, applications, and services with Linux-based platforms.
  • Analyse, log, and resolve complex issues related to Linux Standard Operating Environments (SOEs) and business application integration.
  • Apply security hardening practices to enhance the resilience and compliance of Linux servers.
  • Contribute to and maintain a library of automated system builds to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools relevant to Linux environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Linux Technician:
  • Strong ability in managing Linux servers and virtualised systems within hyper-converged and distributed infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in key technologies and tools, Ansible, GitLab, YUM and RHEL.
  • Strong documentation experience, including As-Built-As-Configured and Standard Operating Procedures.
