Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deli Operations Supervisor to lead our deli team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a positive experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Plan and execute attractive product displays that showcase key offerings, stimulate customer interest, and drive sales.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a delicatessen, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team effectively.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a positive experience for customers.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Food Safety Standards: Familiarity with food safety standards, best practices, and company policies.
