This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Australian Financial Services Industry at Slalom. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the vision for and lead the direction of the Australian Financial Services Industry at Slalom
  • Establish industry targets and develop overall finance industry strategy
  • Partner with account leaders to develop growth plans and drive accountability
  • Advise clients on business and technology transformations
  • Mature our Financial Services industry community and develop our experts and industry offerings
  • Ensure the interconnections between business processes, technology, data, and people drive performance throughout the enterprise
  • Drive connections and strategy with our Partners to best serve our FSI clients together
  • Contribute to business development and solutions conversations across multiple Slalom clients

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 10 years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry
  • 10+ years' experience working in the consulting services industry supporting FSI customers
  • Experience in setting and achieving ambitious 5-year financial targets across diverse markets
  • Ability to identify industry trends and growth areas, craft insightful thought leadership, and develop innovative solutions
  • Strategic account management experience, including negotiating and driving new Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Cultivation of marketing and alliance partnerships to enhance market presence
  • Commitment to industry learning and development, staying abreast of emerging trends and fostering alliances
  • Experience presenting/speaking at industry conferences, hosting expert panels, and/or being published in industry publications
  • Advanced experience and leadership in Competitive Research & Analysis, Benchmarking, Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development, Executive Stakeholder Management, Change Management, and Account Leadership
