Care Management Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Care Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead high-quality clinical care, providing leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Care Delivery: Ensure residents receive exceptional care, adhering to Aged Care quality Standards and policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach the clinical and support teams for optimal resident outcomes.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, closely following policies and procedures.
  • Supportive Role: Act as second in charge to the Residential Manager.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly is essential.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
  • A thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards is required.
  • Experience working within Residential Aged Care in a similar role is necessary.
  • Coaching and Training Skills: Strong coaching/training skills and ability to influence others are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Competent IT skills including Microsoft suite are required.
  • Clearance and Checks: Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance is expected.
