Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of enterprise data systems, including entering, updating, cleansing, and maintaining selected master file details. This involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external customers and suppliers to collect and verify the accuracy of data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring master data file updating and maintenance processes are effective, making improvements where required.
  • Coordinate and follow through master file data maintenance requests to prevent unexpected impacts on Business Intelligence solutions, other enterprise system modules or operational processes.
  • Analyse system data integrity reports and data processing issues communicated by users, promptly and proactively researching and resolving inconsistent or inaccurate master file details.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and organisational skills, as well as independent judgment and decision-making skills. You should also have a high level of attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A relevant degree in a field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Data Management would be highly desirable. Additionally, experience in a similar role or in a related field would be an advantage.
