The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced baker to join our team at our Maroochydore store. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, working closely with other bakers and the production manager to maintain our consistent standards, and following our established health and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities- Produce a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and sweets, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with other bakers and the production manager to ensure that our bakery operates efficiently and effectively.
- Follow our established health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Be flexible and willing to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, has a positive attitude, and is a team player. You will have a strong work ethic, be reliable and organized, and have excellent communication skills. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn and develop your skills.
