The Role
We are seeking an Apprentice Baker to join our team at our Maroochydore store. As an Apprentice Baker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in baking and pastry-making, and to work closely with our experienced bakers and production manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and sweets
- Work closely with other bakers and the production manager to maintain high-quality standards
- Follow established health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in baking and pastry-making
- Reliability, organization, and good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
