Lead Trainer Opportunity

F45 Training Pty is seeking a talented Lead Trainer to join our team. As the head trainer, you will be responsible for leading and developing our trainer team, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in reformer Pilates, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. They will embody F45's brand ethos and inspire the trainer team to do the same.

Responsibilities
  • Trainer Support: Oversee and organise trainer rostering for corporate studios, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Performance Appraisals: Assist in conducting performance appraisals to ensure trainers meet and exceed F45's standards.
  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new trainers, providing mentorship and support during their integration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a reformer Pilates Trainer, with a minimum of 3 years teaching.
  • Certification in reformer Pilates.
  • Proven leadership experience in a fitness environment, ideally in a supervisory or team management role.
  • Strong understanding of F45's brand ethos, teaching standards, and protocols.
  • Experience in trainer development, including onboarding, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage scheduling and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
