As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to clients across the Gold Coast and Ballina region. Your expertise in product knowledge will be instrumental in providing the best clinical outcomes for our clients, developing ongoing partnerships with clinicians to enhance their social, physical and mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct equipment trials and demonstrations of assistive technology equipment to ensure seamless integration into clients' daily lives.
  • Sell assistive technology products to a broad range of clients in the community, fostering strong relationships built on trust and expert advice.
  • Become a product knowledge expert, providing exceptional guidance and recommendations on equipment solutions to therapists, clients and their families.
  • Build and develop relationships with allied health professionals and clients within the community by delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge expertise.
  • Create new business opportunities by conducting clinical education and product in-service events for new and existing referrers, driving growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential; what's more important is your passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital, as you will need to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and establish strong relationships.
  • You should be comfortable with conducting product trials and sales, as well as providing education and support to health professionals, clients and their families.
  • Previous experience within the Aged Care and/or Disability sector is desirable, but not mandatory; what matters most is your ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential, as you will need to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with customers is crucial, as you will be working closely with clients and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ability to perform to KPI expectations and drive positive outcomes is paramount, as you will be measured on your success in achieving goals and exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable with moving and transporting equipment to trials, and willing to travel within your designated sales territory, you will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
