The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our agile team in Toowong. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in building new systems to support complex business models.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to establish robust acceptance criteria and tests.
- Allocate time for quality assurance in estimations and goals.
- Champion and uphold quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Lead comprehensive quality reviews, prioritizing risk assessment.
- Execute automated and exploratory tests for thorough coverage.
- Foster knowledge-sharing within the team to enhance quality practices.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis to address underlying issues.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases for continuous testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry quality trends and incorporate relevant practices.
- Contribute to post-live quality assessments to ensure ongoing performance.
- Tertiary education in IT, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Comprehensive expertise in Agile methodologies, software testing, and quality practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding the design and architecture of systems.
- Profund familiarity with the entire delivery lifecycle.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CI/CD Software Engineering practices.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong capabilities in functional testing, exploratory testing, and test automation.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and problem-solving.
- Confidence to critique technical solutions and architecture decisions.
- Possession of testing qualifications such as ISTQB.
