Lead Pharmacist Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to lead our dynamic pharmacy team in Mackay, Queensland. As a leader in the community-focused pharmacy, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing counselling and specialised services such as vaccinations and medicinal cannabis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counselling patients on medication and healthcare options.
  • Delivering specialised services including vaccinations and medicinal cannabis.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage a team and provide leadership.
  • Confidence using dispensing systems and handling medicinal cannabis.
