We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team at the Mackay Base Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to clients and facilitate links between the healthcare team and patients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing optimised pharmaceutical care, promoting quality medication use, and contributing to a patient-centred pharmacy service. Our team provides medication on hospital prescriptions seven days a week, and we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacology and pharmacy practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
