At Warrigal, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting our customers' independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care according to customers' assessed needs and care plans, adhering to Warrigal policies and procedures.
  • Administer medication in line with policy and procedure.
  • Provide wound care according to resident care plans.
  • Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality care for older people, aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Requirements:

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor of Nursing program, with completion by December 2024.
  • AHPRA registration upon graduation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for Aged Care, with empathy and commitment to the care of older people.
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
