International Education Marketing Director

A leading institution of higher learning is seeking an experienced International Education Marketing Director to spearhead the recruitment of international students and establish relationships with education agents worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop strategic partnerships with local and international education agents.

- Foster strong relationships with existing agents to increase student enrollment.

- Screen education agents to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

- Collaborate with Education & Migration Consultants and other student recruitment channels.

- Identify opportunities to promote the college and its programs.

- Lead the team in actively recruiting new overseas students.

- Achieve monthly student enrollment targets.

- Possess high-level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking.

- Work closely with designers and client liaison officers to create promotional materials.

- Monitor and improve SEOs and campaigns.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for the department.

- Organize promotional events.

The successful candidate should possess:

- Qualifications in a relevant field.

- In-depth knowledge of ESOS Act, National Code, and Immigration Student Visa regulations.

- Demonstrated experience in sales and/or marketing in International Education.

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and one or more target languages.

- Sound understanding of cross-cultural issues and benefits.

- Ability to build and maintain national and international business relationships.

- Excellent computer skills and administrative experience.
