Transport Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking two skilled professionals to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidates will have experience in new build construction and repair of truck fuel tankers, stainless steel tank trailer equipment.

About the Position

This is a long-term position with weekly pay, involving maintenance work on transport trailer equipment. You will be responsible for:

  • Running pneumatic airlines and mounting componentry
  • Fault finding electrical issues
  • Running electrical looms and terminating wiring
  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment requirements for fuel tanker fleets and associated equipment
  • Interpreting workshop/engineering drawings
  • Prioritizing work tasks
  • Working unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Holding a mechanical aptitude

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Have trade qualification
  • Hold the right to work in Australia
  • Be based already in Melbourne, Victoria
  • Provide reference contact details of two past employers
  • Own tools (specialist tools supplied)
