Job Role

As a Beauty Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our skincare range through personalized consultations, customer experiences, and in-store events. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to drive sales and contribute to the boutique's success.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Conducting skincare demonstrations and consultations to promote our products and services
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
About Yourself

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in skincare or fragrance
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Practical experience in skincare demonstrations and consultations (comfortable with skin contact)
  • Team player, professional, results-driven
