Home Styling Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and inspired individual to join our team as a Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering expert home styling advice and driving outstanding store sales.

As the most senior member of the team, your role will be to partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail sales environment and a proven track record of success in a leadership role. They will be passionate about home styling and creating a beautiful home environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their full potential.

They will also be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A rotating roster that supports work-life balance is provided to ensure a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and exceed targets
  • Partner with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
  • Motivate and inspire a team to achieve their full potential

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Passion for home styling and creating a beautiful home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
