Store Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Chatswood The Works store located at Chatswood Chase. As the most senior member of the team, you will partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual KPI's
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in retail sales management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of home styling trends
