Job Title: Injury Management and Rehabilitation Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a successful and expanding team in our Darwin operations.

This is a full-time role that requires strong knowledge of Workers Compensation and occupational rehabilitation experience.

The Role Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Overseeing the delivery of rehabilitation services on a daily basis.
  • Driving operational performance deliverables, including customer outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Working with the national management team to establish and execute a strategic growth plan.
  • Acting as the lead point of contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation (4 years preferred).
  • People management experience (2 years preferred).
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation.
  • A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
