Director of Learning Strategy

We are seeking a Director of Learning Strategy to lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive learning vision and strategy.

This role will oversee the creation of engaging online learning materials, stay informed about global education trends, and foster innovation in learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global learning vision and strategy for our online content products
  • Lead a team of product, education, and instructional experts to design and deliver impactful learning and assessment materials
  • Partner with the Head of Product Impact to measure the effectiveness and efficacy of our content in various regions

Requirements:

  • Senior level experience in a K-12 edtech company, leading large scale content strategy, roadmap, and delivery
  • Demonstrated commercial responsibility in an edtech business and track record of product success
  • Deep knowledge and appropriate credentials in learning science and research
