The Role

We're looking for a Strategy Director to lead the thinking across some of the most ambitious brands in culture. You'll bring sharp strategic insight, creative flair and a love of culture to deliver work that's as smart as it is impactful.

You'll lead brand, campaign and comms strategy across a range of projects - from naming and narrative development to earned campaign thinking and destination positioning. You'll collaborate closely with our creative, PR, talent and social teams to ensure our work is grounded in insight, culturally resonant, and drives results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of strategic responses across our two verticals; place-branding and earned-led campaigns
  • Translate complex client challenges into clear, compelling strategies that drive cultural impact.
  • Partner with Creative and Amplification teams to ensure work is insight-driven, on-strategy and earned-led.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposals, helping to win and grow great clients.
  • Keep Example at the forefront of culture and innovation by sharing emerging trends and insights with the team.

What You Bring

  • 6 years' experience in strategy, brand, or communications- agency experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to connect cultural truths with strategic thinking and creative outputs.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategies that lead to standout work.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong presentation skills and a passion for culturally-led brands.
